Application and Registration

Application for the NanoQI school 2019 is now CLOSED.

The decision about all applications will communicated by April 15th together with further instructions on how to register for the school, book accommodation etc.

To comply with the Spanish and EU laws and regulations on data protection, we have to ask you to please include the following sentence in your email, which is necessary to manage your personal data:
“I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the processing of my personal data.”

This will allow us to process your data as needed for the management of NanoQI'19 and also to inform you about future events of related interest. If you would prefer to have your email only be used by us in relation to NanoQI'19 (and not to announce future meetings) please add:

Registration

Registration information will be sent per email in response to the applications received within a week (more or less) after April 7th (for details see here).

Attendance Fee

• 330,- EUR

The attendance fee includes access to all sessions, conference material, refreshment breaks, lunches, and the "school dinner". Accommodation is not included. During the registration process you will have the possibility to book accommodation in student residences.

 

Fee Waiver

A limited number of "scholarships" are available that allow us to waive the fees for some applicants. Please indicate in your application whether you want to be considered for the waiver. The decision will be made by a selection committee based on scientific quality and need and will be communicated together with the acceptance within a week after the application deadline (see Important Dates).

 

Poster Presentation

If you are interested, please send a one-page abstract (main_author.pdf) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . The abstract should contain a title, a complete list of authors and affiliations, and a short description of the presented work. Providing this information also in LaTeX code will facilitate inclusion in the program booklet. Due to space limitations we may not be able to accept all poster submissions. The deadline for poster submissions is June 14th. Participants will be notified of the decision by e-mail in the week of June 21st.
